Service Description

A 12 week course designed to inform parents how to help their child with low body image, self-esteem, and eating disorders. We go over ED types, the warning signs, effective communication skills, repercussions of social media on body image, and ditching the diet mindset through intuitive eating. 1-hour private monthly coaching calls are included as well as weekly 1 hour group calls via zoom and activities.
